Bellchime Trail is a spot between Ectrutek City and Tin Tower. There isn't much to do here beyond there being a Hidden Grotto and a trainer to battle. When you battle her, she will give you the TM for Dazzling Gleam. You can rematch her, but you should get the TM from the first battle. Honestly the whole vibe here is great, but thats beyond the point.
